PromoGo is a mobile application that allows users to view campaigns from multiple brands on a single platform and participate in these campaigns to receive discounts during shopping.

As a result of user research, key issues in existing campaign applications were identified, including complex interfaces, difficulty in understanding campaigns, intrusive notifications, verification problems, and security concerns. In response, PromoGo aims to offer clear problem-reporting solutions, place the QR payment feature in easily accessible areas, and present campaigns in a balanced way that does not overwhelm users.
